| dc.description.abstract | En Revolución. Una historia intelectual, el pensador italiano se dedica a analizar este aliento de la existencia humana. Su objetivo es interpretar críticamentelas revoluciones, sin idealizarlas o demonizarlas, aunque es evidente que su postura epistémico-política las reivindica. Sostiene que estas son resultado de la agencia y experiencia humanas, no el producto predeterminado de un desarrollo teleológico. Son interrupciones del continuo histórico, rupturas políticas y sociales casi siempre violentas, en las que emergen nuevos sujetos históricos. Por ello, aborda tanto la dimensión emancipadora y liberadora de las revoluciones como la disciplinadora. | |
