Abstract
Description
During the 1970’s in Latin America, more specifically in Argentina, we could see an emergence of young people in the political and social scene. These young people came to break with which was traditionally given, and they followed politics in a nontraditional way, through other channels and other forms to which society was not used to. From there, we can observe, from 1970 and more specifically in 1973, an immersion of young people and of other social classes, such as the Middle Class, in Peronism, a phenomenon that had not been happening until that moment. The aim of this work is to analyze the approach of young people who attended secondary school to Peronism, grouping around the Union of Secondary Students, a Peronist grouping. From this, we intend to study the history of this group at the Superior School of Commerce “Libertador General San Martín”, between the years 1973 – 1976, the approach of young people who attended that school to Peronism and how was the history of the Unión Estudiantes Secundarios during those short but intense years of existence.
