Abstract
El presente trabajo titulado “Las carreras de posgrado online como
narrativas transmedia. Caso de la Maestría en Comunicación Digital
Interactiva a Distancia de la Universidad Nacional de Rosario” se enmarca
dentro de la mencionada carrera de Posgrado y representa el proyecto final
de la misma.
En lo personal, significa la posibilidad de coronar una etapa muy
enriquecedora donde la oportunidad de nutrirme de conocimiento e ir
construyéndolo a medida que avanzaba el cursado de la mano de grandes
popes de la Comunicación, fue exponencialmente duplicada por la
invitación a formar parte del staff de carrera como Secretaria Técnica. Este
hecho significó para mí un giro afortunado en el recorrido que venía
trazando como comunicadora y desde entonces me veo inmersa en la
necesidad impetuosa de devolverle a la carrera algo de todo aquello que
me brinda. En palabras de Brunner (2000 pág. 3) “el conocimiento […]
expresa ese doble movimiento: resume un legado y anticipa posibilidades”.
Por lo tanto, en este Proyecto se plasmará también el desafío de poder
hacer un aporte no solo al campo de la Comunicación en general, sino al
de la Maestría en Comunicación Digital Interactiva de nuestra, por siempre,
Universidad pública.
A través de la investigación, en una primera instancia pretendemos dar
cuenta de los elementos que componen el proceso de aprender y enseñar
en el marco de la virtualización de las universidades, de las experiencias
educativas a distancia y de la crisis en la educación, desde una narrativa
lineal a una narrativa transmedia.
El segundo objetivo es conocer las características de la plataforma Moodle
de educación a distancia y de la plataforma de videoconferencias Adobe
Connect, y dar cuenta de las herramientas que se utilizaron durante el
cursado de Narrativas Transmedia 2018, módulo de la carrera estudiado
en su totalidad a modo de caso.
Finalmente, y como último objetivo, será el de trazar similitudes entre las
carreras de posgrado online y las narrativas transmedia para entender a las
primeras como ese tipo de narrativa.
A tal efecto, se presenta la maqueta de una app pensada para navegar la
plataforma Moodle del Campus Virtual de la UNR para la Maestría en
Comunicación Digital Interactiva a Distancia (MCDIaD).
The present work entitled “Online graduate careers as transmedia narratives. Case of the Master in Interactive Digital Communication at a Distance from the National University of Rosario” is part of the aforementioned Postgraduate degree and represents the final project of the same. Personally, it means the possibility of crowning a very enriching stage where the opportunity to nurture myself of knowledge and build it as the course of the great popes of the Communication progressed was exponentially doubled by the invitation to be part of the staff of career as Technical Secretary. This fact meant for me a fortunate turn in the route that had been tracing as a communicator and since then I am immersed in the impetuous need to return to the race something of everything that it gives me. In the words of Brunner (2000 p. 3) “knowledge […] expresses that double movement: it summarizes a legacy and anticipates possibilities”. Therefore, this Project will also reflect the challenge of being able to make a contribution not only to the field of Communication in general, but also to the Master in Interactive Digital Communication of our, forever, public University. Through research, in the first instance we intend to give an account of the elements that make up the process of learning and teaching within the framework of virtualization of universities, distance educational experiences and the crisis in education, from a linear narrative to a transmedia narrative. The second objective is to know the characteristics of the Moodle distance education platform and the Adobe Connect videoconferencing platform, and to give an account of the tools that were used during the course of Transmedia Narratives 2018, module of the career studied in its entirety to case mode. Finally, and as a final objective, it will be to draw similarities between online graduate careers and transmedia narratives to understand the former as that type of narrative. For this purpose, the model of an app designed to navigate the Moodle platform of the Virtual Campus of the UNR for the Master in Interactive Digital Communication at Distance (MCDIaD) is presented.
