| dc.description.abstract | Los objetivos de la fase de la investigación que se expone fueron indagar los cambios en la organización institucional y en los significados atribuidos por los distintos actores y plasmados en las prácticas que ha producido el nuevo Plan de Estudios de la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias de la UNR. Se parte de la hipótesis que existiría una brecha entre los significados que guían la acción práctica y el texto del nuevo plan dentro de una institución que obstaculiza o posibilita los cambios. Se aplicaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a los docentes de primero y segundo año. Se comprueba que coexisten entre los docentes una multiplicidad de marcos de interpretación acerca del cambio que se traducen prácticas heterogéneas, en distintas combinaciones entre viejas y nuevas prácticas a veces contradictorias con el texto del nuevo plan y también contradictorias entre sí en relación a los objetivos que se proponen lograr. La mayor heterogeneidad está asociada a mayor nivel de cambio. El sistema de evaluación es la cuestión que mejor refleja que los conflictos se intentaron resolver con la imposición de normas. Se evidencia el surgimiento de nuevas formas de organización que abren espacios de posibilidad de líneas de acción diferentes, construidas a partir de la interpenetración de distintos puntos de vista disciplinares y que refuerzan la capacidad de negociación de los actores frente a las instancias de decisión. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this stage in our research work is to find out the changes brought about by the new Plan of Studies of the School of Agricultural Sciences at the UNR (National University of Rosario), in the organization of the institution as well as in the meanings given by the various agents and carried out through the teaching practices. We start from the hypothesis that a gap may exist between the meanings guiding the practices and the wording of the new plan within an institution which either hinders or makes the changes possible. Semi-estructured interviews were implemented with teachers of first and second year and other sources such as documents, resolutions, surveys, etc..were used. It was found that the construction of a shared meaning concerning the change has not been achieved. The heterogeneity of the coexisting frames of interpretation is evident in the different combinations of new and old practices. This heterogeneity is seen to a greater extent in the assessment system of the different subjects. New outcoming ways of organization show the opening up of spaces for the development of different lines of action built upon the interaction among interdisciplinary points of view. They also reinforce the agents´negotiating capacity in decision-making. | en_US |
