Con base en el Estudio de Casos Múltiples se explora el entorno organizacional durante el ASPyO y DiSPyO. Esta situación sanitaria aceleró la implementación del trabajo remoto. En consecuencia, se busca la clasificación en factores estimulantes, impulsores o retractores de los resultados obtenidos al observar el entorno organizacional, el puesto de trabajo y el entorno familia
