Abstract
Este trabajo aborda la problemática del desarrollo de competencias profesionales en las
carreras de Ciencias Económicas desde la perspectiva empresarial. En particular, se realiza un
abordaje cualitativo de la opinión de diferentes consultores en selección de personal. Se busca
recoger su experiencia en torno a la selección de profesionales en Ciencias Económicas.
Interesa conocer las competencias requeridas por el mercado laboral y su evaluación de los
profesionales forma-dos en la Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
This work addresses the problem of developing profesional competencies in the Economic Sciences careers from a business perspective. In particular, a qualitative approach to the opinion of different consultants in personnel selection is carried out. It seeks to gather their experience in the selection of professionals in Economic Sciences. It is interesting to know the competencies required by the labor market and its evaluation of the professionals trained at the National Uni-versity of Rosario.
