El presente artículo está orientado a realizar un
análisis de los juicios llevados a cabo contra los
criminales de guerra del régimen nazi entre 1945
y 1946, desde las tres dimensiones del mundo jurídico:
las normas, la realidad social y la justicia.
Asimismo se hace referencia a los Juicios de Nuremberg
como el antecedente histórico y directo
de la Corte Penal Internacional teniendo en
cuenta todos los aspectos en que esta última ha
sido una instancia de enjuiciamiento superadora
de la anterior
The aim of the present article is to make an analysis of the trials against criminals of war during de Nazi’s regime that took place between 1945 and 1946, from the three dimensions of the legal world: the norms, the social reality and the values of justice. The article also makes reference to the Nuremberg`s Trials as the historical and direct antecessor of the International Criminal Court given the fact that the institution last mentioned has been an instance of prosecution that overcame its predecessor
