Abstract
El fenómeno transmedia, ha sido clave para que las audiencias puedan
experimentar, a través de su particular narrativa, diferentes niveles de
intervención en los contenidos de su interés. Es por lo anterior que, en la
presente investigación, se plantea un análisis de la experiencia
transmediática en las audiencias, a partir de las narrativas del documental
colaborativo transmedia “Cuentos de viejos”, en donde se identifica la
intervención de las audiencias y el discurso narrativo transmedia, por medio
de una investigación descriptiva, no experimental de tipo transeccional.
El análisis de la experiencia transmediática, se puede concluir en los
resultados de esta investigación, que el documental colaborativo
transmedia “Cuentos de Viejos”, hace parte de un modelo de información
que está cambiando a un modelo de comunicación interactivo, en el que la
tecnología ha intervenido positivamente para que se desarrolle el fenómeno
de la narrativa transmedia. En este sentido, también se demuestra la
experiencia de la audiencia, la cual se midió a través de una técnica de
observación documental por medio de una ficha de cotejo.
Finalmente, la investigación plantea el diseño un sitio web en donde se
presentan historias de niños entre los 6 y 10 años, quienes expresaron, en
la corta vida que llevan, sus experiencias en el colegio, su cotidianidad en
casa, cuáles son sus hobbies y qué quieren ser cuando grandes.
The transmedia phenomenon has been a key factor in allowing audiences to experience, through their particular narrative, different levels of intervention in the contents of their interest. For this reason, this research proposes an analysis of the transmedia experience in the audiences, based on the narratives of the transmedia collaborative documentary "Cuentos de Viejos", where the intervention of the audiences and the transmedia narrative discourse are identified, employing descriptive, non-experimental research of a transectional type. The analysis of the transmedia experience can be concluded in the results of this research that the transmedia collaborative documentary "Cuentos de Viejos" is part of an information model that is changing to an interactive communication model, in which technology has intervened positively to develop the phenomenon of transmedia narrative. In this sense, it also demonstrates the experience of the audience, which was measured through a technique of documentary observation employing a comparison sheet. Finally, the research proposes the design of a web site where stories of children between 6 and 10 years old are presented, who expressed, in the short life they lead, their experiences at school, their daily life at home, what their hobbies are and what they want to be when they grow up.
