La conformación del movimiento argentino en defensa de los derechos humanos suele cifrarse entre los años 1974 y 1977, en sintonía con un momento álgido del terror de Estado. El presente texto reafirma esa cesura respecto de la zona capitalina, pero al mismo tiempo intenta esclarecer los motivos por los cuales esa experiencia de movilización debe considerarse sustancialmente distinta de la existencia previa de organizaciones de derechos humanos y argumenta a favor de una identificación de variaciones regionales en la constitución del actor colectivo. Así, el progresivo surgimiento de una nueva cultura política es presentado como resultado de diversos contextos de emergencia, los que a su vez impusieron diferenciaciones en los momentos y modos de integración del colectivo.
The formation of the Human Rights Argentine movement is usually dated between the years 1974 and 1977, at the culminating moment of the State’s terror. The present text reaffirms this caesura for de main town –Buenos Aires–, but tries to clarify the motives by which this experience was different from the previous organizations of human rights. Also it argues in favour of the identification of regional variations in the constitution of the collective actor. The progressive emergence of a new political culture is presented like proved from diverse contexts, whose did imposed differentiations in the moments and manners of integration of the social movement.
