En este texto describimos la experiencia metodológica realizada dentro
del proyecto de investigación “El cine que nos empodera: mapeo colectivo,
antropología visual y ensayos sobre el cine comunitario del Gran Buenos Aires y
Córdoba”1. Este trabajo está organizado en tres etapas que se definen a partir de sus
abordajes metodológicos. Los talleres de mapeo colectivo, la entrevista etnográfica
y el cine de exploración etnográfica (observación participante y diferida), son las
tres técnicas de producción colaborativa de conocimiento que aplicamos sobre
nuestro cine comunitario en estos dos territorios. Traemos aquí las reflexiones
sobre el alcance, la pertinencia y las limitaciones de estas metodologías en relación
al estudio de las prácticas del cine, definiendo nuestra posición en relación a una
antropología visual del cine.
In this text we describe the methodological experience realized within the research project “The cinema that give us power: collective mapping, visual anthropology and essays on the community cinema of the Great Buenos Aires and Córdoba”. This work is organized in three stages that are defined based on their methodological approaches. The collective mapping workshops, the ethnographic interview and the ethnographic exploration film (participant and deferred observation) are the three techniques of collaborative production of knowledge that we apply to our community cinema in these two territories. We bring here the reflections on the scope, relevance and limitations of these methodologies in relation to the study of cinema practices, defining our position in relation to a visual anthropology of cinema.
