El trágico sentimiento de esperanza: consideraciones acerca de la economía social y solidaria

The successive crises have led to a sharp deepening unemployment, inequality, uncertainty, flexibility and job insecurity. However, the urgency to manage conflict capital / labor occurs in various forms, among which we can place the social economy device. We think, then, that unemployment and uncertainty become self-regulatory mechanisms and naturalized in terms of a sense of freedom that is combined with the neoliberal goverment racionality. In this paper we analyze the relationship between “development” and “social and solidary economy” in the context of the idea of governance to then move on since the renewed interest in shaping human passions in the social economy device.
