La campaña presidencial del Frente de Todos en las elecciones nacionales de 2019
fue novedosa en muchos aspectos. Los candidatos de la fórmula, Alberto Fernández y
Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, dos políticos de fuste y de larga trayectoria, privilegiaron
diferentes estrategias de comunicación con el fin de alcanzar a diferentes sectores de la ciudadanía.
Compartieron apenas cuatro actos antes del rotundo triunfo en primera vuelta, y
un quinto para celebrar la asunción al cargo máximo del Poder Ejecutivo. Tomando como
corpus de análisis tales actos conjuntos, el objetivo de este artículo es indagar las estrategias
enunciativas y argumentativas que los oradores desplegaron para construir un relato de
refundación que advirtiera, en primer lugar, las consecuencias futuras de la crisis en curso,
identificara, en segundo lugar, a sus responsables, y alentara, en tercer lugar, la confianza
en la fórmula para alcanzar una solución adecuada. El papel de las memorias discursivas,
semiológicas y comunicativas ha sido al respecto fundamental.
The presidential campaign of “Frente de Todos” in the 2019 Argentinian elections was novel in many respects. Candidates, Alberto Fernández and Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, two long-standing politicians, favored different communication strategies in order to reach different political targets. They shared just four events before the resounding first round victory and a fifth celebrating the start of the Executive Power. Taking these events as a corpus of analysis, the objective of this article is to investigate the enunciative and argumentative strategies that the leaders deployed to construct a re-founding story to warn first about the consequences of the current crisis; second, to identify those responsible for causing it; and third to encourage confidence in the candidates to reach an adequate solution. The role of discursive, semiological and communicative memories has been fundamental in this regard.
