Item Política exterior argentina hacia la república de India : factores políticos y económicos, internos y externos(Facultad de Ciencia Política y Relaciones Internacionales, 2019-10-11) Baroni, Paola Andrea; Pérez Llana, Carlos; Rubiolo, María FlorenciaEn el siglo XXI el continente asiático está asumiendo un rol central en el sistema internacional, no sólo por su meteórico crecimiento económico sino por la posición cada vez más estratégica de la región en el orden internacional. Además de ser el segundo país más poblado del mundo, India es una de las economías más dinámica del globo, con un crecimiento estimado del 7%, muy superior a la media mundial, y es el cuarto poder militar. A esto se suma su activo rol en los organismos e instituciones multilaterales buscando, por un lado, reformarlas para así generar un sistema más justo y equitativo y, por el otro, fortalecer y enriquecer el orden mundial. El continente asiático no fue una prioritaria en la política exterior argentina. Recién en el siglo XXI, la región en general e India en particular, fueron adquiriendo de forma gradual relevancia en la agenda externa, sobre todo en la dimensión comercial. Sin embargo, diferentes factores externos e internos fueron afectando las vinculaciones, generando momentos de acercamiento y momentos de tensión en las diferentes relaciones bilaterales. Las consecuencias de la crisis interna de 2001, la de la crisis financiera internacional de 2008, los vaivenes económicos domésticos desde 2011, junto a la mayor permisividad de un sistema internacional multipolar y a una política exterior india de indiferencia benigna hacia la región, llevaron a los gobiernos bajo estudio a tomar diversas medidas –políticas y comerciales- que tuvieron impacto en dichas vinculaciones. Teniendo en cuenta lo expuesto, el objetivo central de esta tesis fue analizar las características de la política exterior argentina hacia la India a través de análisis de los factores políticos y económicos externos e internos que influyeron en la misma, en el período 2003- 2015. El análisis se desarrolló a través de un diseño metodológico de corte descriptivo y explicativo ya que se enfocó en la caracterización de la evolución de dicha política y en la comprensión del estado de las relaciones bilaterales, a través del análisis de aquellos factores que influyeron en su desarrollo. Se arribó a la conclusión que los factores analizados actuaron con diversa intensidad - dependiendo de la gestión- en el desarrollo de la política exterior argentina hacia India, generando una relación caracterizada por un dinamismo asimétrico en las diversas dimensiones de la vinculación, siendo la misma predominantemente económica-comercial.
