Abstract
En un contexto local recesivo, de alta inflación, volátil y de incertidumbre hacia el futuro; las competencias principales en la gestión de recursos humanos requeridas para las Pymes son las siguientes:
• Mayor vinculación del conocimiento teórico adquirido con su aplicación práctica.
• Flexibilidad para poder ejercer diferentes funciones dentro de la empresa.
• Adaptación a los cambios tecnológicos.
• Capacidad para actuar en épocas de crisis.
• Habilidad para interpretar más profundamente la realidad política – económica – social del país y la región para poder tomar decisiones, principalmente a nivel gerencial.
