Indicadores de gestión en la producción de huevos

Resumen
The aim of the work is to design a Balanced Scorecard in a growing egg production company. The final product, according to the production method used, is the traditional egg with the traditional system - caged hens; the fresh egg with the Cage-Free system - cage-free hens; and the organic egg is in the process of development. These new products are aimed at both the domestic market and the foreign market, the latter being a new market to be captured. Despite a critical economic situation, the company is constantly searching for innovative processes and products. For this reason, the use of the Balanced Scorecard will allow the company to set the objectives that the company plans to achieve with the new products. Likewise, the proposed indicators will facilitate the performance measurement of these objectives in the respective areas
